In the event of an agreed refund, payment will be returned via your payment method- (please note some payment methods e.g. credit card, may take longer than the usual 3 to 5 working days)
SHIPPING INFO
We use Royal Mail First Class Tracked delivery, meaning your order should arrive the next day after we post the fresh baked goods. Please allow up to 48 hours as there is no guarantee it will arrive next day (in most cases it will !). In short- should arrive Thursday - on occasion it might be Friday due to Royal Mail. Cookies are still fresh.
For the letterbox packaging please note we use the Royal Mail letterbox dimensions.
